"Tonto" has it all. He's kid friendly and quiet (at events, we have people amazed he's a stud), yet fast, ropey, and can run. Tonto is by Blue Light Ike (AQHA ROM, out of Lucky Blonde Drift/25% Orphan Drift) by Lucky Hug Tonto (a top rope horse and grandson of Lucky Blanton). Blue Light Ike produced Cody Cowden's NFR horse "Shot", Spencer Miller's NFR head horse, and Nellie Williams' NFR barrel horse "Blue Duck" is a maternal grandson of Blue Light Ike. This stud is our go to horse. We can pull him out of the pasture and go do anything with him. Tonto is also a producer of top rodeo horses. He ropes, runs barrels, drags calves, and works brandings too. This horse has an incredible work ethic! Bailey currently competes on Tonto at CJRA rodeos, local jackpots and junior rodeos, and next year will be using him for WHSRA. He runs barrels, poles, ties goats, and he ropes too.
